• Is the indicated price per piece?

  If not stated otherwise in the article title, the stated price is per unit, irrespective of further information in the article text, e.g. packing unit.

• Is there a minimum order quantity?

  No, there is no minimum order quantity. Please note, however, that the full costs are also charged for small orders.

• Why can't I add an item to the shopping cart?

  If you would like to order an item but cannot enter a quantity and the icon with the shopping basket does not appear, this means that the item is not available at the moment and therefore cannot be ordered. In an urgent case, please enquire by e-mail or telephone when the item will be available again.

• What are the payment options?

  For private customers or employees in Switzerland, payment can be made by prepayment or credit card (Visa, Master) as well as by Postcard. For orders from abroad, only payment by credit card is possible.
  Orders from GEX internal offices and partners are placed against invoice (due date within 30 days). The invoice will be sent separately.

   

• How long does the delivery take?

  In general, the delivery times according to the GTC apply.

• What are the shipping costs?

  The shipping costs are shown in the GTC and in the order process.
  

• Can items be shipped abroad?

  Yes. Parcels are sent by Swiss Post up to a gross weight of 2 kg and a parcel size of max. 90 cm (width+height+length).
  
  Please also note that any customs costs or VAT on import are not included in the price and must be paid by the recipient.
  
  - Economy: unregistered, without Track&Trace, parcel loss at buyer's risk.
  - Priority: registered, with Track&Trace, insured

• Can items be returned?

  If you do not like an item, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please follow the instructions and conditions in the terms and conditions.

• Can items be exchanged?

  If you wish to exchange the item, you can return the item to us within 14 days, whereupon we will make the exchange or offer you either a full refund or delivery of a replacement item if the exchange is not possible. Please refer to the instructions and conditions in the T&C's for this.

• I have received a defective item, what should I do?

  If the goods have been damaged in transit, notify us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Return the item to us within 14 days, whereupon we will send the replacement or offer you either a full refund or delivery of a replacement item if the item is no longer available. Please refer to the instructions and conditions in the T&C's for this.
